  • Dr. Pooja Gupta is an Associate Professor at the Panipat Institute of Engineering and Technology, Samalkha, Haryana. She is a seasoned management professional with over 16 years of academic experience, specializing in Finance, Banking, and Accounting. She earned her Ph.D. from Guru Jambheshwar University, Hisar, with a research focus on Foreign Investors and the Stock Market. Dr. Gupta has made significant contributions to academic research, with numerous publications in reputed national and international journals, and has actively participated in various conferences and seminars. In addition to her research work, she has served as an editor for more than five academic books and has authored four books in her area of expertise. Her academic and research pursuits reflect a strong commitment to advancing knowledge in the field of finance and management.

  • Dr. Navita Vashista Ph.D, MBA, UGC-NET, B.Ed Dr. Navita is a seasoned academic and researcher with expertise in Human Resource Management, Organizational Behaviour, HR analytics, and General Management. With over 20 peerreviewed publications and participation in more than 30 national and international conferences, she has significantly contributed to the field of management. A frequent coordinator and resource person for various workshops and seminars, Dr. Navita is also a member of the editorial boards of reputed journals. Their extensive research and practical insights continue to shape innovative approaches in HR and management practices.

  • Dr. Preeti Gugnani is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Management Studies at Panipat Institute of Engineering and Technology (PIET), Samalkha, Haryana. With over 16 years of teaching experience in Delhi NCR and Rajasthan, she specializes in Human Resource Management, Organizational Behavior, and Indian Ethos. She holds a Ph.D. from Banasthali Vidyapith, Rajasthan, an MBA from Manav Rachna International University, Faridabad, and a B.Com. from MDU Rohtak. She has published 15+ research papers in national and international journals, presented papers at 15+ national and international conferences, and participated in more than 15 FDPs and workshops. She has also served as a Key Resource Person in the Jal Jeevan Mission under the Ministry of Jal Shakti, Government of India.
