Dr. Meena Arora is currently working as an Associate Professor in IT department at JSS Academy of Technical Education, Noida. She has done her PhD & Masters in Computer Science & Engineering. She was awarded the best Faculty award in 2001. She has presented many papers in National & International conferences. She has also published many papers in reputed Scopus & WoS Journals. She has conducted STTP on " Internet of things & Data Analytics" under AQIS scheme of AICTE and received a grant of 433333/- rs for the same. She has more than 25 years of experience in academics. She is a member of IAENG and IACSIT.
Pramit Chandra Rout is a distinguished legal scholar, researcher, and author, currently serving as an Assistant Professor at ASTHA School of Management, Bhubaneswar. With a strong academic foundation in Corporate and Commercial Law, finance, and business analytics, he has dedicated his career to exploring the intersection of law, technology, and economic policy. His research primarily focuses on the legal and economic dimensions of artificial intelligence (AI), intellectual property law, corporate governance, and financial regulations, reflecting his commitment to advancing scholarship in emerging regulatory paradigms.
Pramit holds a Bachelor of Laws (B.A. LL.B. Hons.) from Utkal University, followed by a Master of Laws (LL.M.) with a specialization in Corporate and Commercial Law from KIIT School of Law. Expanding his expertise beyond legal studies, he pursued an MBA in Finance from Maharaja Agrasen Himalayan Garhwal University, equipping himself with a multidisciplinary understanding of financial law and economic systems. Currently, he is pursuing a Ph.D. in Law at Siksha ‘O’ Anusadhan Deemed to be University, where his research delves into AI-driven decision-making in corporate governance, offering critical insights into policy frameworks, regulatory mechanisms, and the evolving legal landscape in the digital age.
An avid researcher, Pramit has authored multiple peer reviewed journal articles, book chapters, and policy papers, analysing key issues in competition law, financial regulations, and AI governance. He has also authored a book on Indigenization of the Defence Industry in India, contributing valuable perspectives on trade law and regulatory policies. His research engagements include serving as a Research Assistant at IIT Kharagpur and KIIT School of Law, where he worked on projects related to justice administration, financial inclusivity, and socio-economic policy development.
Beyond academia, Pramit has undertaken advanced certifications in AI & Law, Legal Tech, Business Intelligence, and Data Analytics, further reinforcing his expertise in technology-driven legal frameworks. His intellectual pursuits continue to shape contemporary legal discourse, particularly in the realm of AI’s transformative role in global industries, bridging regulatory, economic, and technological insights to address the challenges of a rapidly evolving digital economy.
Dr. Saloni Chinmay Desai, s an experienced Associate Professor (Operations & HR Management) with a demonstrated history of working in educational field at Bharti Vidyapeeth Institute of Management Studies & Research CBD Belapur, Navi Mumbai.
She is Skilled Administration, in Mentoring Lecturing, Counselling, Management. Strong education professional with Ph. D. in Management. Her qualification is MMS – Operations Management Mumbai University. MBA-HR from ITM B School, Diploma in Personnel Management from Welingkars B School & Diploma in Computer Software from RVTI, Mumbai, Govt. of India. She has total 27 years of experience (15 years of Industrial experience & 12 years in Academics – MMS Course of Mumbai University).
She has several publication to her credit & written more than 25 Research Papers in national & international journals of repute. She has also participated in more than 20 national & international conferences, seminars, workshops, FDP etc. She has been awarded Best research paper awards at National & International conferences at various colleges.

She has a rich experience of over 22 years in the industry, including four years in corporate – Xerox Corporation, USA, where she worked in strategy building for startups, NGOs, Institution Building, Accreditation Committee and Administration. She has presented research papers at various international and national conferences. She has published her research work in various journals, magazines and proceedings of repute. She has organized various International Conferences, Business Summits and Symposiums for various institutes.
Spearheading the International Business specialization, she collaborated with several universities and institutes in the US, Europe and the Middle East like IDRAC Business School, AISEC, Valparaiso University, GIIM and many more. She has also chaired technical sessions in various National & International Seminars/Conferences at various prestigious forums. Her Major subject domains are International Business, Strategic Management, Business Environment and Managerial Economics

Dr. Bhumit M Vyas is an Assistant Professor at The Faculty of Law, GLS University, Ahmedabad, Gujarat. He holds Ph.D. in Finance from GLS University.
He is an experienced finance professional and academic, since 2015, Bhumit has contributed significantly to various renowned universities including Gujarat University (K.S. School of Business Management), Gujarat Technological University (JVIMS MBA College), Amity University, S P Jain School of Global Management (Online), Chandigarh University (Online) His professional journey also includes roles as a derivative analyst and data researcher, supplemented by multiple NISM certifications.
